SFS — Load-Bearing & Infill
Load-bearing and non-load-bearing (infill) galvanised steel framing for residential and commercial projects. We set out the primary grid, fix studs and tracks to the agreed tolerance, and check every line before boarding begins.
Drylining
Plasterboard and composite board fixing for fire-rated, acoustic and impact-resistant walls and ceilings. Tape-and-joint or skim finishes, installed to BS 8212 standards across standard and complex wall details.
Suspended Ceilings
Metal-frame suspended ceiling systems, from exposed grid to concealed MF, rafted and bulkhead details. Fire-rated and acoustic builds set level to the architect's sections, on residential and commercial schemes.
MF Partitions & Ceilings
Internal metal stud partitions and MF ceilings, including intricate coffered and featured ceiling details. One package from frame to finished surface for high-end residential and commercial interiors.
Plastering & Rendering
Internal plastering and external rendering for residential and commercial projects. Skim and backing coats inside; sand and cement, monocouche and silicone render systems outside, finished level with correct beading, detailing and curing.
